Amazing food. Tried this wonton noodle soup with bbq pork and Mapo Tofu with a side of rice (as it did not come with rice). The serving sizes were great and so were the flavours. The wait time was short and prices fair so would highly recommend this place 🔥

New in the country and craving for familiar food. Very glad to walk into KC Cafe. Ordered sweet and sour pork. Pleasantly surprised it taste just liked home. Craving satisfied and tummy filled. Will surely come again for other stuff.

Ok first of this place fools you by the looks of it, however it makes up for the food. We had the hot and sour soup and char keow teow. Wow 1) portions were hugeee, 2) the best hot and sour soup ever. Both dishes were so huge we struggled to finish them but they were amazing. The flavours were so well balanced. We are back for the third day in a row. Had the chicken chowmein today and it was fantastic. Just amazing quality and quantity.

After hearing positive reviews about KC Cafe, I decided to give it a try. By Wellington's standards, where Chinese takeaway dining options are somewhat limited, the experience was certainly satisfactory. I did find the food to be on the salty side overall, and I believe a price reduction of $1.00 to $1.50 would be more reasonable. However, I understand that higher prices are a common trend in Wellington. Following the staff's advice, I chose to both dine in and take away different dishes, which added to the overall experience.

This place gets busy! The food is cooked well and is hot, the service is on point and fast. The cons are this, both our meals were quite bland in flavour and not much meat, lots of fat. I had noodles that were very greasy. Good size meal but less grease and salt and more veg please. Hope you enjoy it.
